Marty Patrizi – Realtor
My wife and I moved to New Hampshire in November of 1987. Six months later we were in love with New Hampshire and decided this is where we would settle and raise a family. I started my building and remodeling business in 1988 and have been contracting ever since. In 2006, I realized that I couldn’t spend all my time on the job site (a younger man’s job). I turned to a career I could do in my 50’s, 60’s, and beyond as a real estate agent. It seemed a natural transition because I know houses. As a buyer’s agent, my construction experience is my competitive advantage over other agents because I can easily spot problems as well as potential improvements and the costs related to each saving precious time.
As a listing agent, my knowledge of the market is my competitive advantage. I am constantly studying sales data and market trends. The markets are continually changing and marketing techniques have to change with them. My ability to shift gears and think ahead is the key to my seller clients success.
I have been writing contracts since 1988 and I have learned how to negotiate for the best deal and that the best deal may not be related to price as much as it is to the terms. Always keep your options open.
As a Realtor, I always conduct myself according to the Realtor Code Of Ethics.
